Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Blue Bay resort was a mix of good and bad. While the staff were always smiling and happy to serve, which brightened our experience, the property itself felt worn out and in need of some serious upgrades. The food varied in quality, and although I liked the buffet options, I faced odd service issues. Unfortunately, I also encountered significant plumbing issues that detracted from my enjoyment. Overall, it was a pleasant trip, but there's definitely room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable, thanks to the beautiful environment and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and well-stocked, though the bathrooms had some outdated features. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of flavorful dishes, although a few more options for cocktails would’ve been nice. The pristine location added to the overall charm of the resort, making it a great getaway.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with a beautiful beach and friendly staff. However, I felt the all-inclusive options were quite restrictive, and the rooms could use some updates. The dining experience was also lacking in variety for kids, but the overall atmosphere was pleasant and the activities offered were enjoyable.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially during my son's wedding. The scenery and beach were breathtaking, and the extensive floral gardens added to the beauty. The staff, especially Joyce, made us feel special by remembering our names and preferences. However, I found it a bit too crowded at times, and the beach salesmen were a bit overwhelming. Overall, it's a stunning place for a holiday or a wedding, but there's definitely a downside to the beach experience.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable with a stunning location right on the beach and beautifully maintained gardens. The staff truly made my experience special, ensuring everything ran smoothly. However, the room I first booked was underwhelming, and I suggest opting for an upgrade. The dining options were varied, but there could be improvements in certain areas for children and breakfast services.
